* All pieces can be customized and all of my items are new and never used.

* Each piece is carefully wrapped and all contents are packed tight. I always take the time to  do the best packing possible. (Rarely, accidents do happen)

* Our blank cups come in daily per order so that we have a fast turn around time, therefore WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS.
